      Pros

      Great Starting place to get into. The departments are supportive of each other and work pretty well together. It's the people within this toxic environment that make this place even workable.

      Cons

      Upper management has no idea what their doing and how any processes work. You are pulled in a 100 different directions at the same time and expected to just get it done by any means, even if it means going against GMP. However, they will throw you under the bus when they get caught and act like they knew nothing about it. They will not help or advocate for you. They overpromise clients and most groups are too lean. But they could care less. The only time they even talk to you is to rush you to meet ridiculous timelines or to yell at you. No work life balance and lower pay in the area. No longer offering flexibility for schedules or growth. Do not plan to stay here. If you must, just get a couple of years and go.
