      Pros

      The people that work at Catalent genuinely care about the work they do and the clients they serve. There is some opportunity for upward mobility if you are willing to stick it out.

      Cons

      Can be somewhat cliquey and political. Can be a grind. Catalent does not care if you are sick or have serious personal issues, they expect you to work. Period.

      Wonderful coworkers and direct managers. Access to a lot of instruments and cross training.

      Cons

      Horrible upper management and business development. There will most likely be layoffs in the future. You will not be promoted or get a wage adjustment for inflation.
