      Do not trust Human Resources or Finance organization

      Benefits if they give them to you.

      Cons

      Excessive overtime during close week; If you have any health problems even if minor they will find a way to fire you; Do not go to HR with any problems or questions because they will find a way to fire you. This organization will kick you when your down.

      Not so good a place to work at

      Pros

      Lots of different Techniques to learn. A good place to get experience and move to somewhere better.

      Cons

      Poor leadership and communication. Managers/group leaders are not good leaders (this would differ from group to group); they do not listen to their analysts. They can work you to death.

      Days offs given at start of employment.

      Cons

      Poor quality leadership. Management in general is stale and needs to motivate team members. Benefits are horrible. Matching is 50% of 3%.
