It's really unfortunate, because at one point this company had the right people in place to make a great work environment and help the business be successful. But poor leadership, silos like you wouldn't believe, and a total lack of trust or knowledge from top execs led to the good people leaving and the lazy or immature or just plain ignorant people staying and running the company into the ground. Don't be sold on the whole "big enough for X, small enough for Y" line. It's too big to care and too small to help you build your resume.
