Good company to work for.

Pros

Work life balance is great. The site is quite relaxed and well structured. Work force is international and average age is quite low. Operator and middle management is engaging and excellent.

Cons

Management is not very on top of the business. Training opportunities are medriocre. Standard of work are acceptable, but most of times an average job is enough. Not the best environment if you want to learn from the top in the industry.
