Thank goodness I have a manager that cares about me. Benefits are great in regards to mental health

Cons

New hired make more than tenure employees. Most promotions are for whites only. It’s always something changing month to month. Call center hours are different every week.

The discounts are a good perk

Cons

The brand name lures you in but avoid it at all costs. Toxic environment. Lots of turnover. People are depressed in there.

Pros

Working at Cartier was a fantastic experience. I learned a lot about jewelry and enjoyed building relationships with customers. The compensation was very rewarding (dont get me wrong, work is hard). Overall, it was one of the best companies I’ve worked for.
