Travel a lot, about four days a week. And the whole industry has already saturated so that there is no larger space to grow and not many opportunity

everything ! nothing is good about this company. no bonus, no increment, no benefit. the only benefit they offer is medical leaves! pitiful salary, pay like peanut's peanut! very political, with a lot of gossiping tongues! no system, very bad management no communication between departments
