As many locations as they have the family/corporate level is very involved and keeps tabs on each bakery. More communication you keep with them the better. As management you have the freedom to run the bakery as your own [of course communicating any decisions] that you feel your location can benefit keeping sales coming in.

Cons

Be ready to cancel anything going on in your life like friends and family. Don't dare ask for a raise or bonus.
