Right place for a career start-up. Management is very patient. Good job to develop skills of doing a full-time routine in a part-time schedule (twice as less time to meet the deadline). Corporate recreational and team-building activities. Probably, the only pace with no need of HR department. Management is personally involved into employees' issues at and outside workplace.

Cons

Low compensation due to the part-time schedule. Almost no career path.
