- relatively high salaries in comparison to the Czech NGO sector - chance for rapid growth - chance to get a lot of responsibility

Cons

- the organisation is not integral/coherent: there is a difference between proclaimed values, principles and practice - very unstable organisational environment: high fluctuation, rather high amount of incompetent colleagues - rather indifferent management which basically is not interested in delivering excellent services
