Management tend to lead by favoritism, fear and intimidation, causing dysfunctional employee base, and lack of teamwork, lack of focus. Management is myopic in their ability to lead and implement, they tend to shift blame, rather than taking responsibility of their mistakes. They tend to react, lack planning, organizational skills. They tend to fire and downsize yearly, this is how they manage costs. It seems they should be looking at more realistic, creative, ethical ways to cut costs.
