Pros

There is opportunity to move up but that is only because there is a very high turnover.

Cons

There aren’t any awesome perks to working here. They have a terrible system for rating employee called “success factors” and the annual bonus is smaller than a normal paycheck. The CEO hasn’t been to the Oregon facility in over 5 years.

No clear strategy, High employee turn over, loyal and experienced employees left the company, narrow minded and incompetent management with lack of market and culture knowledge, used to be a great company but not any more. continuous decline in revenue and market share with unhappy and desperate business partners, unhealthy office environment,

Pros

Free Coffee.... on some of the floors. Most of the people (non-management) are decent people. Cafeteria while offering simple offerings is super cheap and very high quality with daily menu.

Cons

Weak management. Kodak mindset lacking in the will or imagination to innovate. Constant rumor mill of being sold due to being owned by a holding company. Management will not back you in any way. Loyalty is not an asset.
