      Pros

      Not too many left.....good benefit and wage package. Of course the people are fantastic and great to work with.

      Cons

      I work In Human Resources and we have not had viable functional leadership hear for close to a decade. With Ralph recently retiring, they further undermine the function by bringing in some hot shot for developmental purposes who has no concept on Human Resources and is burning bridges left and right and leaving bodies in her wake. If you work in HR this is not the place to grow your career. Hard to recruit people when you don't believe in it any longer. CEO has no concept of engagement.

      Great people at the staff level- easy commute to work

      Cons

      HR has too much authority in Company, President is too distant from the rank and file employee- does not even smile or say hello in passing- CFO closes the elevator door in your face to avoid contact with people

      Met some very nice people while working here...enjoyed the work I performed........

      Cons

      Met some paranoid, incompetent, unstable, hot headed, unprofessional, self-serving people here that hold managerial or supervisory positions. Unless you can handle this- I would look elsewhere.... really....
