      Pros

      Our product portfolio saves lives. What could be better then that. I really enjoy the people that work for Carestream. They are very dedicated to their work and responsibilities.

      Cons

      There are way too many layers of Management. I would personally cut several and apply that cost elsewhere. Senior Management is not fit for an IPO. SOX compliance will be a challenge.

      Pros

      I manage my own territory so mostly am accountable to my customers. My customers have become friends and I have minimal communications with management. Overall a very easy going job.

      Cons

      Pay is probably below average and I really don't like the rating system they use for reviews. Very cookie cutter and anonymous. Onex is putting the screws down on management and it shows. Constant emphasis on cost cutting is tiresome. Doubts about future job security since the company is relatively small compared to the competition and doesn't have the resources for new products.
