      Pros

      Working on next generation products is exciting. Some good risk taking in new ventures.

      Cons

      Management is old school Kodak rooted, i.e. still have horrible business environment practices. Fortunately, I'm not in Rochester, so less of this influences my day to day.

      Pros

      They are normally fairly flexible with hours and time off.

      Cons

      There is a culture of blame rather than innovation. New and brilliant ideas are expected but there is a great fear to trying anything because of intense criticism if they fail. There is no opportunities to advance they would much rather get someone new in than raise anyone up. There has been some downsizing and probably more in the near future
