      Nice colleagues - great industry - lots of loyal customers - good food in cafeteria - more than enough parking ( ;-) )

      Cons

      Incredibly incompetent CEO. He's probably got with 10% approval the worst rating on Glassdoor. It's incredible how long he can survive in his position given the lack of sustainable success but he's just a little (literally) puppet of ONEX. He has surrounded himself with people who don't speak up but rather be part of the disconnected leadership team. Sad situation for all the good associates left who'd deserve a better leadership team.
