A great technology company, but overrun by old Kodak culture

Pros

Great technology oriented company, many innovations and new products every year. One of the few truly global and diverse companies I've worked for. There are people in top management level who care about the future of the company and its people.

Cons

A lot folks who still has the old Kodak mentality: resistance to change, outdated and bureaucratic processes that doesn't add value (Purchasing over rides strategic business decisions!), not commercially/customer focused.
