      Respectable co-workers, slow steady pace, decent management, decent insurance, lot of time off provided.

      Cons

      Awful rotating shift work schedule. Night and day shift in the same week.

      Pros

      I've not been here long but people are very friendly and welcoming. It's a casual yet productive work environment. Many employees have been here a long time and i think that's quite telling. Pay and Benefits are competitive (i'd estimate on the high side for the area)

      Cons

      As with most manufacturing sites, the office is not "brand new". Focus here is on efficiency. That being said I have a nice chair and computer Culture is shifting from Old School to new school. Not there yet but heading in the right direction under new corporate leadership

      Great team but poor communication upstream. Learning was difficult since all the programs were based in the US.

      Cons

      poor career development, good benefits por US employees but not latin american region.
