      Pros

      Management teaches you how to skew metrics by having you tell customers how to answer questions on their feedback.

      Cons

      if you don't get a 5 and have the customer state that they would recommend Carestream without being asked. You would be written up and have a lot of explaining on why and how you were going to fix it. If you still couldn't get your customers to lie about the company you either were pushed out or no longer needed.

      Pros

      Some truly talented and motivated colleagues. Lots of interesting technology and products. Good salary and benefits. Have enjoyed coming to work each day. In the right hands, this company could thrive.

      Cons

      Carestream seems to be a bunch of individual businesses cobbled together without much thought or direction. Senior management has a significant cultural problem on their hands and yet does absolutely zero to specifically address that which is plainly obvious. Who the heck has forced rankings anymore? CEO is more technically capable and tuned-in than most, but he doesn't seem to understand how to cultivate people and inspire others. There is huge uncertainty plaguing Carestream's future, and little effort to secure its long term future. Way too many ghosts of Kodak weighing this company down.

      There really are not any pros, CHRO is weak. Has no common courtesy at returning emails, phone calls. It shows in org and turnover.

      Cons

      People feel threatened, CHRO proved that by overlooking qualified candidates to hire mediocre Talent Leader. Very weak leadership
