      Culture & work life balance is really good Using some solid technical foundations of .NET and Azure and invests in making good architecture Great benefits and 401k match along with good base salary There are tech guilds so you can share / learn from coworkers on other teams

      Could have better team to team communication Could work better together on bigger cross-team initiatives
