Pay could have been better and they covered about half of the health insurance. This position was customer facing and with any job like that a bad customer could really ruin your day. Otherwise the company itself was good.
Getting time off was difficult, since it was a small office if one person got the day off then you most likely would get denied. Also you always got your two days off in a week but you would be scheduled to work weekends.
