- Working from home - Tuition reimbursement

Cons

- Low pay compared to competitors - No structure - Can be let go without any warning if cost need to be cut, this includes management positions - Big differences in pay amongst associates in the same position - Your experience can heavily depend on your manager

Pros

Great manager, team is overall pretty welcoming.

Cons

Business office is the heart of the business, but is also the hardest strained. First line of defense when it comes being blamed and pushed around by sales, upper management, etc.. but the worst part was the diminishment of quality. Customers were leaving with cars that smelled (mildew, cigarettes), or trucks that had leaked in the windshield. I left because I couldn’t take watching the company sell horrible cars at insane rates anymore. Corporate also does not have any idea on what goes on during the day-to-day operations and will intervene, punish, or fire anyone they do not agree with. Fired an employee of 20 years with no warning because they didn’t like him.
