When corporate mishandles company finances, rank and file workers ALWAYS pay the price. Executives get massive bonuses and salary bumps while workers get cut hours for months at a time and rarely receive annual cost of living adjustments.
If you are more than 5 minutes late or have an engagement that requires time off with less than two weeks notice. Management will force you to deplete your sick bank to avoid punitive attendance action.
HEAVY HR presence, they frame it as corporate looking out for you. But it’s really corporate looking out for corporate.
