Pros

work environment plesant, not having to work on Sunday in Texas since it was a seven day operation where I came from

Cons

too much wasted time on reports and meetings underpaid based on national average ,treated like an hourly employee with busy work

Good place to start for learning selling.

Cons

Very process-driven. The software for entering information for different transactions with customers is clunky and non-intuitive (actually confusing). Ability to ramp up is based a lot on which mentor you are paired with. Some teach well, while others should just stick to selling. Kind of a hit or miss situation.
