Pros

Hard to identify any meaningful positives. The experience was overwhelmingly negative due to poor leadership and a toxic environment.

Cons

The workplace culture is unprofessional and dysfunctional. Management displays favoritism, while concerns raised by employees are either ignored or twisted into vague, baseless accusations. Instead of accountability, there's blame-shifting and gaslighting. At one point, it was even implied that speaking to others about work-related matters - even outside of work - could result in consequences. That kind of behavior says more about the company than any employee ever could. It's not about improvement here - it's about control and silence.
