People you work with make the job. I miss my coworkers

Cons

Management only cares about themselves. Carmax preaches putting people first but it’s all for show.

Pros

The only pro I'd say about this job is the paid time off and overtime pay when you work during the holidays.

Cons

The list of cons can go on: poor management, lack of flexible scheduling, overworked due to short staff, time-off requests ignored, etc. Part-time was lovely until they made you work every weekend.
