Team Players From The Top Down and not just in my department but All Departments, We All Interact throughout Everyday with One Common Goal! Everyone knows why we’re here and everyone truly strives to make every moment of every day count! I’ve worked for several Large National and International Companies and although i was told Carmax was like this I didn’t truly believe the many, many stories from Managers, Associates and even the Customers comment frequently about how they’ve noticed or heard how awesome Carmax is as a company to work for! i’ve been here just over a year now and i absolutely LOVE coming to work everyday , and it’s not just to make an incredible salary, and the AwEsOmE Benefits, but the Team Members in ALL departments (and i truly interact with all Departments Daily; and the Customers are truly the BEST! I sometimes stop to think:”Am I Really this Lucky? And you know what? Yes I Am!

Because Store Sales Positions are 100% Commission, i’d Love to have a small hourly rate to combat the down times! (but i’m a dreamer, & i’m always for wishful thinking! )
