Pros

Competency based culture. Car business ethics is unamatched. Can be a great career if you play the game.

Cons

If you can’t handle feedback, this is not the place for you. Treats customers better than their associates. Senior managers and above are out of touch Once they identify you as a detractor, you’re career is pretty much done for.

Pros

Great sense of community among the employees; I was friends with nearly everyone there. I was there for about 3.5 years and really enjoyed most of it because of the people I worked with.

Cons

The pay wasn't great and certain managers were quite unpopular for good reason. Some departments are worse to work for than others. High turnover rate.

The cons: There is nothing negative that I can say about the company.
