Pros

Remote, 1 hour lunch break

Cons

Micro management like crazy. Training really doesn't prepare you as much for the actual position as they make it seem. Was technically hybrid (for 1 day in office) but really was not necessary especially when this was usually excused for holidays or bad weather. Customers can be very rude or entitled. Systems crash alot.

Pros

The team is really nice and helpful with training you if you’ve never sold cars. The systems are simple to work with. I would categorize this as a customer service role.

Cons

The schedule is always fluctuating.

Sometimes it's slow and it's nice to sit around. good for resume building.

Cons

Definitely underpaid. Too many things assigned to business office for too little money.
