In QA dept hiring freeze, poorly managed teams. QA management has no power to support their department. You may be in the QA dept. But you work for Dev. Typical ratio is 7:1. 7 devs to 1 QA. New CTO is starting to replace employees with contractors. Micromanagement due to inexperienced managers.
