Pros

CarMax as a company is wonderful from their benefits and employee support to their community outreach. I loved the job with its many varied responsibilities and helping people.

Cons

Terrible management! This location has some of the highest turnover in the country and a big reason for that is a beyond toxic manager that's been there since it opened. Add in empty promises, the worst retail schedule I've ever had, and blatant favortism and this location has issues.
