Micromanaging Low pay A lot stress for the wage that doesn’t fit job description If not the sales department, your opinion and work area frustration does not matter sadly Managers are quick to blame you for a screw up, but will not provide proper tools to train you until it’s too late and will ultimately “terminate” you for not knowing processes, but didn’t even teach you them. Absolute favoritism in Sr. Management and management across multiple locations, but won’t hire someone you know from high school? That’s odd Silly observation processes like “one-on-one’s” to ensure all grounds are covered kind of “check list” attitude but management preaches otherwise, and list is the EXACT same questions every single year. Observations with management every 3 months are absolutely useless, nothing meaningful from them, just another check list example. No way to move up unless you are willing to move across the US for almost same pay and possibly worse management. Could write a book but depending on the location you will see exactly what this review is talking about.
