Pros

Im a student so the tuition reimbursement was great. Great people at the location I worked at. Ability to get raises with certifications.

Cons

As inventory associate you have to answer to every department in carmax which can be hectic. It is very fast paced so if you're more of the laid back worker than this position is not for you.

Variety of jobs/duties. Upper management good. Some jobs allow flexible scheduling. Lots of movement. Coworkers nice and professional. Facilities clean and room for breaks.

Cons

Some middle management is short sided and difficult to approach. Seem offended at the idea of improving or enhancing efficiency.

the pay is good for the work that you do. The people you work are very nice and work hard.

Cons

You work outside most of the time in the heat and cold and rain and snow. Some times there under staffed and the managers don't care.
