Fun, comfortable but not ideal for long term.
Pros
Good managers, good recognition by other associates and management for good work and effort. Generally very laid back and comfortable to work and feel welcomed.
Cons
The store I work at is a satellite store so the number of positions for promotions are very limited. It would require me relocating to another store which is bigger and has been known to have a high turnover of associates. The inventory department is tasked with not just doing the inventory of the vehicles on the lot, but also cleaning all vehicles, receiving and transferring, cleaning and prepping for sale delivery and other random tasks through out the building. Such like moving cabinets, cleaning grill after cookout, spraying wasp nest of window sills, and so on. Inventory is the DO ALL of the building.
