Pros

Great opportunity for growth within the operations department. I became a Lead Associate in 8 months and I'm still growing within the system.

Cons

A lot of responsibility for an Inventory associate. You are held responsible for an almost outrageous amount of crucial processes and asset protection. Way more than any other department and vastly more that $10 an hour entails in my opinion.

Extensive benefits, paid time off, able to work with any schedule, feeds you on weekends

Cons

Men are favored, terrible dress guidelines. There's only one woman working in the back. Rewards lazy people and stunt good workers' growth, most definitely not enough pay for the hard work we do. No room for advancement if you work in the back/in operations, growth is basically exclusively on the sales side.
