      Been a part of some great teams that truly live the values of collaboration and teamwork, and my manager and other leadership show a genuine interest in connecting with and support me and my team. I enjoy working with my colleagues on a day-to-day basis.

      Cons

      Some departments can be protective of themselves and not always be forthcoming when working with other areas to solve challenges.
