Great Place for beginners but challenges get restricted due to Hierarchy

Pros

Great Coworkers - supportive and Patient enough for a good work atmosphere. Nice campus and provisions for people to get isolated from the stressful life.

Cons

Challenges gets shortened with the hierarchy getting involved at multiple stages. Leadership does micro organizing - thus questioning the ability before delivery.

Great benefits and always have expected amount of work flow everyday. The comapny provides bonuses if you meet performance standards.

Cons

Not many career advancement oppurtunities available for my field of education. Merit increase is extremely limited to a minimum with excellent evaluation.
