      Pros

      I was harassed on one team repeatedly and reported this to my manager who defended the harasser. An HR investigation did yield justice. On another team, I had a very normal experience.

      Pros

      They have get health benefits, all the banking holidays plus 4 weeks vacation. The facilities are nice with places to eat and buy food in every building (8 total).

      Cons

      Contacting shifting of departments and management. Every year there is a new thing and you spend the year acclimating to it and the next year they change it again. Makes you feel like you’re Constantly having to relearn what you do and how you do it.
