      Pros

      Great people and good cutting Edge technology, minimal tolerance of manual tasks or tech debt and bottoms up driven development approach.

      Cons

      As the title says. People leaders get asked to coaching plan or pip 10% of their staff every 6 months which is insane and leads to an extremely toxic and competitive environment. Definitely would not recommend working here for that reason no matter how engaging the work is or how good the teammates are.
