Pros

- Free coursera training - Central location

Cons

After 6 months of leaving the company they send you an invoice to pay for a Java magazine membership you never applied for, nor received any magazine. Capgemini is a glorified secondment company bursting of cronyism and favoritism. Promotion is based on how well liked you are by the managers. All that matters is putting you on a project as fast as possible so you can make them money. Criticism is not appreciated or wanting to change projects. Salary is low for a 'consultancy' company.
