Not as corporate as the bigger consultancies.

Unless you are a graduate, who are currently receiving £4K pay rises every 12 months based on them ticking all their grad boxes or a senior consultant do not expect to receive any form of pay rise that is close to substantial. Capgemini's biggest issue is their transparency, I went from earning more than a grad friend in the first year to earning almost £7.5k less than him by end of the second year, when I questioned this management told me it was because it was from a different "pot" of money!! We were doing the same job at the same grade, how can this behaviour be justified by such a large company!!
