Great first job out of undergrad. You get an opportunity to see different business operations across a number of different companies and industries. You will also get an opportunity to work with senior leaders in the company. Also, if you like to travel, it is a great opportunity to see the country or even the world. People are great to work with.

Cons

If you have a family, travel can take its toll. Depending on the project, lots of long hours.

Capgemini has excellent work culture. In India, it has a young workforce which makes it an energetic place to work at.

Cons

Management doesn't care much about the employees. It's focus is at the business it is getting; fullstop.Facilities are just ok. food, recreation etc can be improved. Do try to have a fair appraisal system. It shudn't be dependent on just one individual,peer feedback shud be included.
