Pros
Good group of employees struggling to overcome the lack of direction from Snr Management. Variety of roles available through the every changing contract base.
Cons
Poor salary, shabby conditions at Southbank datacenter. Lack of recognition shown through salary &/or bonus paid to hard working staff. Too much unskilled dead wood employees kept in employement, too many skilled staff made redundant which increases pressure and stress on staff who do remain.
