Pros

stability of the outsourcing business means relative job security good number of holidays

Cons

leadership is poor and the talents of staff at the coal face are not recognised often. there is too much back slapping and jobs for the boys amongst the senior management. The closure and transfer of the funds from the final salary pension fund is nothing short of criminal.

Pros

You have the freedom to speak openly. If you identify a problem, and suggest a solution you generally get told to make it happen. The quality of the people is generally very high. There is a good, friendly culture.

Cons

Like any large company it can be bureaucratic. Suffers from 'cobblers children' syndrome - internal systems need improvement. Work/life balance can be hard to achieve, but this is probably a condition of the Software and Services market rather than Capgemini specifically.
