Pros

I worked here for quite sometime and just cant think of any reason which can be plus point working in the company

Cons

The cons I am stating are not just based on individual experience, I have worked under multiple managers, directors and below is what conclude. This is also on some personal feedbacks If you spend more than two years here your market value will decrease, they are just keen on increasing the headcount Internally grown managers who don't have the skills, expertise, leadership qualities Its a bucket full of politics - Not at all healthy politics, people right from your colleagues to Mgrs, Sr Managers, Directors, VPs all care about themselves growing - they all need scapegoats Recently a compulsory swipe of 9:30 mins with zero flexibility has made the environment even worse There is no work life balance - if you work you will be given more work this holds true everywhere, but if your colleague can showcase what he's made you work on and be a managers puppet then despite your hardwork he is going to takeaway the benefits HR has been made way too powerful You will be hired for one project, made to work in another and will be thrown here and there without your will. If you object then your life will be made like hell

Pros

Worked with some good people, but there are many pockets of below average. Work life balance is ok and there is some flexibility.

Cons

The annual "round-table" review process is very political and it's about who you know. Every year, there is a predetermined number of high performers that will get rewarded with bonuses and raises. It doesn't matter if all 150,000 employees were the highest performers and brought in $100 M each. because of the predetermined number that can get a bonus and a raise, most come out as "meets expectations" (a 3 on scale of 1-5) and you will get no raise or bonus.
