      Pros

      You get to meet so many interesting people from all over the world. As a tutor, you work whenever you want (it is 100% flexible!). You are guaranteed to receive students as there is always work. You are protected as a tutor, and the support from Cambly is excellent, so it is excellent for people just starting out as tutors. It is a legitimate way to make money online. After 1000 hours, Cambly will sponsor you to get an ESL certification. You get a bonus for working some priority hours (usually 10-15% per hour)

      Cons

      The only con is that the pay is low - it would be difficult to use Cambly as your primary source of income.
