Pros

You set your own hours. Whenever you want to work, just log in. You can meet some great people with very interesting lives. A lot of students (all ages) are really motivated to improve and respond well to constructive corrections. You can connect with other tutors via the facebook page to ask questions, but a lot of basic questions can be answered on their info pages.

Cons

If you are online, but you do not talk to anyone for an hour, you are not paid for that hour. Priority Hours are sometimes unavailable for your preferred time so there is no guarantee you will make what you want or need in a given day. There is always the chance you will answer a call and see genitals. You can ban them immediately, but it doesn't stop them from doing it in the first place.

Pros

I think the pay is very reasonable and it's nice to see the dollars pour in and the satisfaction of the students I talk to.

Cons

ANYONE and I mean ANYONE can call into this program, so you have 5 year olds calling you, men with improper intentions, literally ANY ONE. A lot of times I've talked to people from countries that were very difficult to understand even with the written translating tool. Often, when I would translate and send them a text, they would say they couldn't understand the text and it was wrong!

Pros

Extra money 17 cent a min, was able to buy groceries with the 20 or 30 bucks I make every week, weekly pay

Cons

Rude support staff, students not wanting to learn just wanting to "talk" to someone for 5 mins, glitchy system, if you not on priority hours don't expect calls you are at bottom of the list, if you don't talk a full hour you won't get your 10 dollars a hour, telling people that that it take 1 day up to 1 month or longer to know if they are hired, don't ask to many questions you account will be deactivated, if you are sickly be ready to kiss butt to not have your account deactivated.
