The pay could be higher. Since I made it a full time job, I have to work many more hours than I did when I was working outside the home as a teacher.

Terrible customer service No procedure in place to vet students Cannot express views on their forum Worked with cambly for a few months and that was enough....first student swore profoundly, many were just time wasters and some even displayed genitals!! A very poorly managed company and with such a small team communication is very slow. Pay is ridiculous....$2.55 they is gteed for first 15 mins...There were times I sat in front of my laptop waiting for a student for hours getting only $2.55!! "slave labour" IMO. Don't even think about fighting your case as the system automatically blacks you from opening more "priority" slots if you don't (or should I say HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO" take any calls. This company is just a cash cow for getting as many students online as possible but has NO regard for teachers!
