Pros

You can schedule your own hours. Training is self paced

Cons

If you don't keep your stats up you don't get phone calls. I didn't like the self pace training. Just watching videos gets boring for me

Pros

I really enjoy the students. I never know who the next call will be. I love the variety. I meet people from all over the globe. I have traveled a lot so it feels very comfortable. As a tutor I am thrilled to go over grammar or discuss idioms. I do a lot of test prep but even if you don't have the material the library is at your fingertips. The staff is fantastic if you need to report or ban a student they are totally supportive. They also understand when emergencies come up. I really am very happy with Cambly.

Cons

In the beginning I didn't always get priority hours or reservations but I learned the methods to circumvent that. It is just a short learning curve for a month or so.
