Pros

Quick review process (no interview needed) for the application Possible to get work immediately through the concept of priority hours after the application is accepted Get to meet different students from all over the world (not country-specific) Guaranteed pay per minute on a call Can choose one's own schedule Do not need to make your own lesson plans, Cambly provides lesson plans if needed.

Cons

Low pay rate per minute and NO additional bonus system Some calls can be really short, e.g. 5 minutes (free trial students) Not paid for last minute cancelled reservations. Waiting time during signed-up priority hours are unpaid. Only paid for 10 minutes of a reserved lesson if the student no shows.
